Carver GFL teaches children, teens, and adults the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle through programs designed to prevent and/or manage behaviors that lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Attendees will learn how to get healthy and stay healthy through proper eating and exercise and healthy choices. Workshops focus on many topics including COVID-19, Alzheimer’s, diabetes and healthy eating for seniors. Download our calendar or review our events for topics and program availability.
